The middle of a group of three houses seen on the Pennington Borough Walking Tour (14, 16, 18 West Delaware Avenue). This group of three-bay, side-door homes is an excellent grouping of Federal style houses, built circa 1855. The doorways provide the most interesting architectural detail coupled with the basic siting of the buildings in relation to the others and to the street. Note the porch is not consistent with the Federal style.
